    Frequently asked questions

    No. Theraflow runs the therapy department: schedules, attendance, session notes, packages and parent communication. It does not replace or integrate with the hospital's HIS, OPD registration or central billing today.

    Yes. A student clinician is a therapist in Theraflow and sees only their own schedule, clients and notes. Supervisors and heads of department are admins and see the whole department.

    Their clients are reassigned to incoming clinicians from the schedule. Notes, goals and attendance stay with the client, so the new clinician opens a full history on day one.

    Yes. Each department is a branch with its own clinicians, rooms, rate card and reports. A supervisor who works across departments signs in once and switches between them.
