Why the official WhatsApp Business API matters
Theraflow is a Meta Tech Provider on the WhatsApp Business Platform, so reminders go out through the official Cloud API from the centre's own number. Tools that automate the ordinary WhatsApp app break Meta's terms, and it is the centre's number that gets banned when they are caught.

Messages go through Meta's Cloud API, the route Meta built for this, not an automation bolted onto the ordinary app.

Who pays for messages

Many messages are free
A utility message sent while a conversation with the parent is already open is not charged by Meta.

What data Theraflow receives
Theraflow receives only what is needed to send messages for your centre: your WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID, message templates, and delivery status.
Each centre's data is isolated and never shared across centres, sold or used for advertising.
