    Free trial and price per therapist: common questions

    Yes. Every plan has a free trial with no credit card. We import your data, set up your centre and train your staff during it, and you can cancel without charge.

    A little. Starter includes 3 therapists and Growth 10; each extra therapist is ₹1,000/month. The bill stops at ₹17,999/month on Professional, with unlimited patients, parent accounts and features throughout.

    Nothing breaks. Extra therapists are billed at ₹1,000/month each from your next cycle, and we move you to whichever plan is cheaper automatically.

    Yes. On-premise deployments with a perpetual licence are available for centres with in-house IT, who then manage backups, uptime and hardware. Contact us to discuss.

    The Professional plan covers unlimited therapists across multiple branches, with a consolidated dashboard and per-branch rates.

    Pay for the year up front and the monthly price drops: Growth goes from ₹9,999 to ₹7,999/month, 20% less. The ₹15,000 onboarding fee is waived on annual plans.

    UPI, net banking, credit and debit cards, and bank transfer. Billing is in INR with GST-compliant invoices.
