How it works
- Utilisation = sessions delivered ÷ (therapists × working days × slots per therapist per day).
- Idle value = empty slots × average session fee. An opportunity figure, not a loss: filling them still needs demand.
- Most multi-therapist centres settle between 75% and 85% once scheduling is tight. Below about 65%, the bottleneck is usually intake or rescheduling, not demand.
