How it works
- Slot length = session length + turnaround for notes, cleaning and the next child settling in. Leaving turnaround out overstates capacity by roughly a fifth.
- Room capacity = rooms × slots per room per day × days open. Therapist capacity = therapists × slots each per day × days open.
- Your real ceiling is the lower of the two. The gap is capacity you pay for and cannot use.
- This is a physical maximum, not a target. The utilisation calculator shows a realistic band.
