How it works
- Fixed costs = rent + salaries + other monthly overheads, paid however many sessions happen.
- Contribution per session = session fee − variable cost (materials, per-session incentive, payment gateway charges).
- Break-even sessions = fixed costs ÷ contribution per session.
- Count therapist pay once: in salaries if fixed, in variable cost if per session. Counting it in both overstates your break-even badly.
